This application requests access to specific services to perform its core compliance archiving function. Here's exactly what we access and why:

GoHighLevel CRM Access

What we access: Your CRM conversations, contacts, calendar events, invoices, opportunities, forms, and workflow data.

Why: To export your business communications and records for SEC/FINRA compliant archiving. We read this data to create backup copies - we never modify your CRM data.

Google Drive Access (Optional)

What we access: Ability to create folders and upload files to a designated folder in your Google Drive.

Why: To store your exported compliance archives in your own Google Drive account. Your data stays in your control. We only write to the export folder - we cannot read or access other files in your Drive.

Your data stays yours: We do not store your exported data on our servers. All exports go directly to your chosen cloud storage destination (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WebDAV server). We only retain metadata needed to track export progress and prevent duplicate processing.
