1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Compliant Conversation Exporter (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are registered members.

2. Description of Service

Compliant Conversation Exporter is a software application that integrates with Go High Level (GHL) to automatically export conversation data from your GHL account to external storage via WebDAV protocol. The Service is designed to help businesses in regulated industries (such as financial services, legal, and insurance) maintain compliant record retention.

The Service provides the following features:

• OAuth integration with Go High Level
• Automated and on-demand export of conversations (SMS, email, calls, voicemails, social media messages)
• WebDAV integration with external storage providers (ComConnect, x360Sync, or other WebDAV-compatible services)
• Configurable export schedules and conversation filtering
• Export logs and status tracking

3. User Accounts and Authorization

3.1 Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Have an active Go High Level account
• Have access to a WebDAV-compatible external storage service
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms

3.2 OAuth Authorization

By authorizing the Service to access your Go High Level account, you grant us permission to:

• Read your conversation data (SMS, email, calls, voicemails, social media messages)
• Read your location and company information
• Access your account on your behalf to retrieve conversation data for export

3.3 Credential Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WebDAV credentials and any other account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you may use the Service to:

• Export your own conversation data for business record retention purposes
• Maintain compliance with applicable industry regulations
• Create backups of your communication records

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Export or access conversation data that you do not have authorization to access
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful code, malware, or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service to export data for purposes of harassment, spam, or other malicious activity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices from the Service

5. Data Ownership and Usage

5.1 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your conversation data. We do not claim any ownership over the data you export through the Service. Your exported data is stored in your own external WebDAV storage, which you control.

5.2 Our Use of Data

We access and process your conversation data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your conversation data for any purpose other than exporting it to your designated external storage. 5.3 Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that exported data is accurate and complete. However, the Service retrieves data from Go High Level's API, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data provided by third-party services.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

6.1 Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous Service availability. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System upgrades
• Technical failures
• Third-party service outages (Go High Level, Railway.app, or your WebDAV provider)

6.2 Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6.3 Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Free Service

The Service is currently offered free of charge during the private beta period. We reserve the right to introduce pricing or subscription fees in the future with reasonable notice.

7.2 Third-Party Costs

You are responsible for any costs associated with:

• Your Go High Level subscription
• Your WebDAV storage provider (ComConnect, x360Sync, or other)
• Internet access and data transfer fees

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or data
• Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the Service

8.3 Regulatory Compliance

While the Service is designed to assist with regulatory compliance record retention requirements, YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. We make no representations or warranties regarding compliance with any specific regulatory framework, including but not limited to SEC, FINRA, HIPAA, or other regulations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Compliant Conversation Exporter and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Go High Level and your chosen WebDAV storage provider. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

• Revoking OAuth access through the Go High Level marketplace
• Discontinuing use of the Service
• Contacting us to request account deletion

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We will delete your OAuth tokens and account settings from our database
• Your exported conversation data will remain in your external WebDAV storage (which you control)
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and dispute resolution provisions

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Compliant Conversation Exporter. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12.2 Your License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

16. Acknowledgment

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICE.
